Yukon's note on this part says 1998 and newer Ford F350 dually trucks use a factory 3.73 thin gear and a 4-series carrier. Yukon lists a separate thin 3.73 set as YG D80-373-4, so this part number is not that one. Match the part to the carrier in your axle.

Installation
A proper setup means checking pinion depth, backlash and contact pattern. This is heavy-duty axle work, so use a shop with gear setup tools if you do not have them.
Warranty
Yukon states a one-year warranty on its ring and pinion sets, and its site also describes a Y.E.S. protection plan for the gear set. Get the current terms from Yukon before you rely on either.
