• Rotation: this is the standard rotation set. Yukon sells separate reverse rotation Dana 60 sets, so make sure you are not replacing a reverse rotation axle.
• Carrier: Retailer listings give the Dana 60 carrier break as 4.10/4.56, and Yukon's page for this set does not say which carrier range it is cut for. Confirm what carrier is in your axle before you order.
• Yukon's page does not list specific vehicles for this part, so match it by axle, rotation, ring gear size (9.75 inch) and pinion spline count (29).

What's included

Ring gear and pinion only. Yukon lists installation kits and other add-ons as separate items, so bearings, seals and a pinion install kit are extra.

Installation

Ring and pinion setup takes correct pinion depth, backlash and contact pattern checks, plus the right bearings and shims. If you have not done it before, a shop that sets up gears is the safer route.

Warranty

Yukon states a one-year warranty on its ring and pinion sets, and its site also describes a Y.E.S. protection plan for the gear set. Get the current terms from Yukon before you rely on either.
