One shaft, either side

Yukon makes this one axle for both sides of the JK non-Rubicon rear, so there is no left or right to choose. You are buying a single shaft. Order two if you are doing both sides.

A 35 spline upgrade

Yukon calls the 35 spline count an upgrade. The 30 spline version for the same rear axle is a separate part. Check the spline count of your rear differential and axles before you order, because the shaft has to match.

Construction

The shaft is made from heavy duty 4340 chromoly. Yukon describes its chromoly axles as having cold roll formed splines and induction coil heat treating.
