Yukon Chromoly Front Axle Kit, JK Rubicon Dana 44, 30/32 Spline, 7166 U-Joint

This is a Yukon Gear and Axle 4340 chromoly front axle kit for the Jeep JK Wrangler Rubicon with the front Dana 44, with 30 spline inner axles, 32 spline outer axles and 1350/7166 series u-joints (SKU YA W24168).

• Two 32 spline outer axles
• Two 30 spline inner axles
• 1350/7166 series u-joints

Construction

Yukon builds these from 4340 chromoly with cold roll formed splines and heat treating.

Fitment

• JK Rubicon, front Dana 44 differential.
• Retailer listings give the model years as 2007 to 2017 in some places and 2007 to 2018 in others. Confirm your year before ordering.
• Check that your vehicle is a Rubicon with the front Dana 44. This kit is not listed for other JK front axles.

Check before you order

• The spline counts are 30 on the inner axles and 32 on the outer axles. Make sure they match your differential and hubs.
• The u-joints in the kit are listed as 1350/7166 series. If you only need a joint, Yukon sells a JK front axle u-joint separately as YUJ7166.
• Yukon lists axles and u-joints only. Bearings, hubs and differential parts are not listed with the kit.
