This is the 4.5 Inch Adventure X for the newest Super Duty, the 2023-present F250 and F350. Rock Krawler engineered it in house to keep the truck comfortable as a daily driver and a work truck, then added the 4 link front end and tuned multi-rate coils that make it far more capable on the trail. It's a bolt-in kit that clears 37 inch tires.

Why this system
- 4 link front conversion. It replaces the radius arms to improve axle control, get rid of the bind you get with a conventional radius arm setup, and give you much smoother articulation off road.
- Sport tuned multi-rate front coils. True multi-rate springs are the starting point for the ride Rock Krawler is after, and they are tuned in house for this truck.
- Geometry corrections are in the box. A track bar relocation bracket, forged drop pitman arm and steering stabilizer relocation bracket take care of the front end angles.
- Rear axle stays centered. Adjustable U-bolt top plates let you center the rear axle properly.
- Complete bolt-in system with instructions included.
- Room for 37 inch tires with the extra half inch of lift over the 4.0 kits.
- Upgrade path. It can be upgraded to the X-Factor later.
- Lifetime warranty coverage.
Pick your package
Every version of this kit ships with the same coils, links, brackets and hardware. The Package option only changes what shock setup comes with it.
- Base System: Coils, 4 links, mounts, track bar bracket, drop pitman arm, steering stabilizer bracket, lift blocks, top plates and U-bolts. No shocks in the box, so this is the one to grab if you already have shocks in mind.
- Bilstein 5100 Shocks: Two front and two rear Bilstein 5100s added to the base kit. Rock Krawler calls them a great pairing with their multi-rate coils, and they are maintenance free.
- 2.625 RR Shocks: Rock Krawler's own RRD 2.625 inch remote reservoir shocks, front and rear. The body is fluted, hard anodized aluminum with a 1 inch stainless shaft and a remote reservoir, and the shock is serviceable, rebuildable and revalveable.
- Fast CD Adjusters: The same RRD 2.625 inch remote reservoir shocks with Fast CD adjusters and 3.25 inch reservoirs. The adjuster lets you change compression damping in a few seconds, up to 30 percent more compression damping with infinite settings, so you can tune the ride for the truck you have today (empty, loaded or towing).
Fitment and what else you'll need
Fits 2023-present Ford F250 and F350 4x4, diesel or gas (pick your Configuration). Stance is based on a crew cab short bed, and other cab and bed configurations will vary slightly. Drive type is 4WD.
Rock Krawler lists a 3 to 4 week lead time on 2.625 inch RRD shocks and coilovers, counted in business days from the order date.
Rock Krawler lists lifetime warranty coverage on this system. Its warranty page covers hard parts such as control arms, track bars and mounting brackets for life, joint housings for 10 years and coil springs for 5 years against fracture. Shocks, joints and other wear items carry shorter terms, and the full terms are on Rock Krawler's warranty page.
