The RCV Performance Ultimate CV Prop Shaft (part number RZR-PSPRO2-2020) is a complete prop shaft replacement designed specifically for the 2020 Polaris RZR Pro XP — 2-seat models only. This part number covers 2020 models only. For 2021-and-up Polaris RZR Pro XP and Turbo R 2-seat models, the correct part number is RZR-PSPRO2.

Why CV Over U-Joint: Contrary to popular belief, vibration issues in many OEM applications are not caused by the carrier bearing. U-joints oscillate by design — this movement causes vibrations that prematurely wear drivetrain components including bearings and output shafts. The RCV CV design eliminates the problem by replacing the u-joint entirely with a CV configuration.

3-CV Design: The RCV prop shaft uses 3 CVs and an upgraded OEM-style bearing, eliminating any concern of carrier bearing failure or u-joint phasing, with the smooth operation of CVs throughout. The new 1-piece flange/CV front and center allows a more maintenance-free ride. The rear CV is the original bolt-in style with locking fasteners that bolt to the included replacement transmission flange.

Construction: Built from 4130 chromoly tubing with 300M CV components for maximum strength. The prop shaft and all components are completely sealed and fully rebuildable. Made in the USA.
