RCV Performance Ultimate 30 Spline CV Axle Set +3" is specifically built for 1979-1985 Toyota Pickup and 1984-1985 4Runner axles installed in aftermarket housings that extend the short-side axle by 3 inches. Compatible aftermarket housings include Diamond, Trail Gear Rock Assault, and any other housing that extends the short side by 3 inches.
Manufactured in the USA using only high-strength chromoly materials, this axle set replaces your weak Toyota axle shafts with a new high-strength design that eliminates the most common failure point on these platforms. The factory axles were designed with 30 splines at the differential but neck down to 27 splines at the CV joint. This axle set upgrades the weak 27 spline CV to a 300M 30 spline race CV, eliminating the need to neck down the shaft. Tests prove Ultimate CV Axles to be twice as strong as OEM shafts, and they are just as tough at a straight angle as they are at extreme angles where stock axles are most vulnerable. Even with big tires and big power there are no worries. Ultimate CV Axles are low maintenance and operate with a smoothness you can feel whether off-road or on the street.

Each axle set includes right and left inner axle shafts and two pregreased CV joints. Black oxide coating is standard.
