This is the Dynatrac ProGrip replacement rear brake rotor with a 5 on 5 bolt pattern (DT JK44-1125-B), the factory Jeep JK pattern. Dynatrac says it is the same rotor that shipped with the ProGrip brake system.

Fitment
This is a replacement for a JK that already has the ProGrip system. It is not a rotor for a stock JK brake setup. Dynatrac lists the complete ProGrip system for 2007-2018 Wrangler JK. The front rotor is a different part (DT JK44-1125-A, 13.50 inches), and the pads are sold separately (rear set DT JK44-1127-B). The rotor is sold one at a time, so order one for each side you are replacing.
Finish note
The photo shows a black e-coated rotor. Dynatrac says that depending on what the factory has available, new rotors may not all have the black e-coating.
