New Aisin AX15 4WD Transmission, .750 Tip, 23 Spline, 13 Degree Tailhousing - 26-AX15

New Aisin AX15 manual transmissions are hard to find. Advance Adapters sources them with a 0.75 inch tip to match 1992-99 factory Jeep transmissions, a 23 spline output shaft and a 13 degree tailhousing.

Good to know

• If installed in a Cherokee XJ, the tailhousing rotation will be wrong
• Torque specs are not listed in any service manual, but Advance Adapters considers it similar enough to the NV3550 for replacement and conversion
• Gear oil: GL-4 oil is a direct replacement for the obsolete GL-3, available as Advance Adapters part 29-2341
• Please allow at least two weeks for transmission shipments
