ICON 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra 6" Lift Stage 9 Suspension System Tubular (K53279T)
K53279T
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 6" Suspension System with CDEV technology represents the highest level of suspension performance, adjustability, and refinement available for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra. Designed for drivers who demand the ultimate combination of intelligent damping control, advanced suspension geometry, and off-road capability, this system combines ICON's most advanced electronic damping technology with premium suspension components engineered for exceptional performance in the most demanding conditions.
Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs provide superior damping control, increased fluid capacity, and improved heat dissipation for consistent performance during extended off-road use. Equipped with ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology, the system allows in-vehicle adjustment of compression damping settings and active damping control through ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
Using onboard sensors to monitor G-forces, chassis movement, and user-defined settings, IIC actively analyzes vehicle dynamics and makes near-instantaneous, on-the-fly compression damping adjustments to optimize ride quality, handling response, and vehicle control. The system allows for up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components and features adjustable front ride heights from 5-6 inches of lift.
Through innovative engineering, the system achieves a full 6 inches of front lift with only 4 inches of crossmember drop, maximizing ground clearance while minimizing CV joint angles. Tubular upper control arms equipped with ICON's patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provide increased strength, exceptional durability, improved caster correction for enhanced drivability, and 90 degrees of total articulation for unrestricted suspension movement.
The system maintains factory track width while optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer common to stock Tundras. High-strength one-piece ductile iron steering knuckles, high-clearance CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, and an integrated front skid plate provide the strength and protection required for demanding off-road conditions.
High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket work together to maintain proper suspension geometry and reduce bind throughout the suspension's range of motion. ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable on-road ride while delivering the stability and control required during aggressive off-road driving.
Tubular rear upper and lower links improve rear suspension articulation while providing additional strength and allowing for pinion angle adjustment to optimize driveline geometry at lifted ride heights. An on-vehicle adjustable billet rear track bar allows precise rear axle centering while improving rear suspension performance. The result is ICON's most advanced Tundra suspension system, delivering intelligent damping control, exceptional ride quality, precise suspension tuning, and uncompromising off-road capability with the clearance to fit 37-inch tires at full articulation.
