Requires a new belt tensioner (4460 tensioner sold separately)
Sits lower and closer to the engine center than the 4405-20
Truck belt spacing only; can have clearance issues with drive by wire throttle body motors and the oil filler tube
Truck spacing fits 99 to current Vortec truck or 2010+ Camaro LS3
Does not fit with an LS3 intake with a drive by wire throttle body
