GM stopped making this housing and salvage yards are running dry, so Advance Adapters re-manufactured it as a stock replacement for GM adapter 14022218.

- GM 4WD trucks 1971-84/85 with a TH400 automatic and a cast iron NP205 with a Figure 8 front bolt pattern
