This bellhousing kit adapts GM 4.3L V6, small block V8 and LS engines to the 1996 and later GM NV4500 and TR-4050 five speed transmissions.

Fitment
- 1996 and later GM NV4500 and TR-4050
- 1993 and later Dodge gas NV4500 (a GM NV4500 5.61:1 input shaft, P/N 52-0221, is required and the retainer must be machined)
Good to know
- Do not forget a new clutch cover, disc and throw-out bearing
