Dynatrac front adjustable upper link kit for the Jeep Wrangler JK, SKU DT921036. Dynatrac lists it for 07-UP, and the JK ran 2007 through 2018. These tubular arms replace the factory front uppers and let you change arm length to set front caster on a lifted JK.

Setting the length
Dynatrac's JK 4.5" lift kit instructions preset the front uppers at about 18-15/16". They warn that the steering wheel must be centered before driving after any alignment work or you will get stability control problems, and they recommend a professional alignment. Check pinion angle as well.
