Dynatrac 2012-18 Jeep Wrangler JK, 2.5-6" Lift, Front Driveshaft, w/Yoke Adapter

Dynatrac front driveshaft with yoke adapter for the 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK on a 2.5-6" lift, SKU DT922014. It is a high-articulation CV replacement for the stock front shaft.

Why lifted JKs need it

• Cuts front end vibration and CV bind under heavy articulation on a lifted JK
• On 2012-2018 JKs it is also needed so the shaft clears the factory crossmember under it
• Dynatrac's JK 4.5" lift kit lists this shaft as a required part for 2012 and newer trucks, and the stock shaft cannot be reused with that kit

Construction

• Direct replacement CV-style front driveshaft with 1310 U-joints
• Built in the USA with genuine Spicer parts
• Comes with the yoke adapter needed to fit the stock transfer case and front axle differential

Fitment and cautions

• This is the 2012-2018 shaft. For 2007-2011 JKs use DT922016, so check your model year before ordering.
• Rated for 2.5-6" of lift. One retail listing calls it recommended at 3-3.5" and required at 4-5".
• On 2012 and newer trucks, Dynatrac's lift kit instructions also call for its exhaust spacer kit, DT922011, so the cross pipe clears the shaft.
• Those instructions also note that some factory skid plates can still touch an aftermarket shaft at full extension and may need trimming.
