The XXHD Full Replacement Leaf Springs designed for those with constant 3,500lbs in the bed – designed for CAB-OVER campers; although, they will work with ANY 3,5000lb. constant load. This is NOT a leaf spring pack designed to run unloaded, it requires the 3,500lbs load to sit at the intended height and properly function. Being a far heavier spring rate than our standard leaf spring AND designed to operate with a much higher center of gravity, we recommend 2.5″ Remote Reservoir Shocks & custom shock tuning for optimal control and ride quality. Carli offers options for the Pintop King 2.5″ Shocks in both Gas and Diesel XXHD Applications.

Overland with a large cab-over camper or build an off-road rescue rig, these XXHD leaf springs support a 3,500lb. constant bed-load. The truck for which they were built scaled at 11,740lbs (5,400 front, 6,340 rear).
Developed for the massive, flagship, off-road race-rescue truck, we’ve sold these springs to many customers with custom flat-beds and large, fixed campers. So long as you’re around the 6,500lb. rear axle weight (confirmed on certified scale), these will be the perfect means of suspending your adventure rig!
As with the XHD springs, these will have a custom-order lead time AND require custom tuned Pintop Shocks (different tuning than the XHD shocks) to support the massive spring rates and load capacity of these springs.
