Allstar Distributor Race Magnetic Pickup Mechanical Advance HEI Style Terminal Black Chevy V8 ALL81220 – Allstar Performance part number ALL81220.

This high performance distributor is an excellent choice for many types of motorsports. Requires an aftermarket ignition box (such as an Msd, Accel, Crane or Mallory) and an external coil such as ALL81230.

Housing is CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum with an upper support bearing and an extra-long lower bronze bushing for smooth operation and accurate timing at higher Rpms. Distributor includes a molded cap and rotor with brass and stainless steel contacts, a mechanical curve kit with advance springs and stop bushings, manifold gasket, housing O-rings, spark plug wire retainer cap with screws, and instructions.

Note: Distributors include melonized drive gears compatible with most flat tappet or hydraulic roller camshafts. If used with a mechanical roller camshaft, a bronze or other compatible gear should be used as recommended by cam manufacturer.
