The Advance Adapters RubiCrawler for 2007-2011 Jeep JK Wrangler is a true bolt-in gear doubler that replaces the stock 42RLE automatic overdrive tailhousing with a 6-gear planetary reduction box featuring a 2.72:1 low range. It couples directly to the stock Jeep transfer case or an existing Atlas transfer case, multiplying your available gear ratios for maximum crawl control in extreme terrain.
The RubiCrawler gives you more gear choices for more vehicle control — whether you are rock crawling, mudding, or navigating extreme terrain, having the right gear ratio makes the experience safer and more enjoyable.
This JK kit includes the Heavy Duty Transfer Case Shift Kit, which upgrades the transfer case shift cable and cable connections to heavy duty heim joint style connections for improved durability and feel. Also includes the RubiCrawler Electronic Interface (42R800) and Anodized Billet Aluminum Knobs (42R650).
Kit includes: RubiCrawler JK Shifter with T/C Upgrade Cable (42R-J), RubiCrawler 2.72:1 Unit, and RubiCrawler Control Module (42R800).
Fits 2007-2011 Jeep JK Wrangler with 42RLE automatic overdrive transmission. Also compatible with aftermarket transfer cases including the Advance Adapters Atlas Transfer Case.
