2005+ Ford Super Duty F-250/F-350 Heavy Duty Tie Rod Synergy MFG

A complete redesign tailored specifically for the 2005+ F-250 and F-350 platform - engineered from the ground up to outperform and outlast the stock setup in every way. A direct bolt-in replacement featuring metal-on-metal greaseable tie rod ends, constructed from seamless, heat-treated 4130 chromoly tubing right here in the USA.

Key features: Heat-treated chromoly over 40% stronger than OEM; metal-on-metal, fully greaseable tie rod ends with dust boots; single plane tie rod ends eliminating dead spots; fully adjustable via double adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt; USA-made 1.75" x 0.188 wall tubing; two-stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish; dual durometer bushings with Teflon bearing surface (as stated on page).

Specifications: Max extended length 62.5"; min collapsed length 59.75".

• Passenger 4150-L. Compatible with Mag-Hytec differential covers. Use Synergy High Performance Grease (4119) and Premium Copper Infused Anti-Seize (4118)
