This steering component represents a complete upgrade to Super Duty steering systems. The manufacturer engineered a bolt-in replacement specifically for 2005+ Ford F-250 and F-350 platforms to immediately enhance steering feel, durability, and control on various terrains.
Construction & Materials: Precision-bent from 1.5" x .250 wall 1026 USA-made DOM steel tubing. Two-stage abrasive-resistant powder coat finish provides maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
Key Features: Metal-on-metal, fully greaseable tie rod ends featuring a 4140 steel shank, 1018 steel bearing housing, and heavy-duty nitrile-butadiene rubber boot with retaining spring. Single-plane tie rod end at axle eliminates drag link flop. Pinch bolt design prevents loosening and alignment creep. Double adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt assembly enable adjustment while installed. Machined mounting location retains factory or aftermarket stabilizers with 1/2" bolts. Compatible with stock wheels, tires, and steering stabilizer.
Fitment: 2005+ Ford Super Duty F-250 / F-350 4WD. Precision bent to clear factory axle brackets; compatible from stock to 4" lifted vehicles.

Compatibility Notes: Backwards compatible with stock tie rods. Vehicles exceeding 4" ride height require drop pitman arm. Some trucks have radiator hose routing clearance challenges; relocating steering stabilizer to tie rod side recommended using part 8603-02. Recommended pairing with Synergy Heat Treated Chromoly Tie Rod (8602-11) and Heavy Duty Adjustable Front Track Bar.
Maintenance: Use Synergy High Performance Grease (4119) with all tie rod ends. Apply anti-seize to threaded components; Synergy Copper Infused Anti-Seize (4118) recommended.
