This is Rock Krawler's Adventure-X2 long arm upgrade for the 2018 to present Jeep Wrangler JL and JLU, a full front and rear conversion from a mid-arm setup to a long arm layout. Adventure-X2 combines a fully high-clearance 4-link front suspension with a high-clearance, independent 3-link rear. Every control arm carries Rock Krawler's Adventure Series joint, which isolates road vibration much like a factory bushing, allows high misalignment and never needs grease. A steel sleeve rotates on a Teflon-lined inner sleeve, so the bushing material is not chafed, twisted or deformed.

Pick your package
- Gas: for gas-engine JL and JLU models.
- Diesel: for diesel-engine JLU models. Rock Krawler lists it as a separate kit from the gas version, so pick the one for your engine.
Fitment and what else you will need
- Vehicle: 2018 to present Jeep Wrangler JL (2-door) and JLU (4-door). Gas or diesel, depending on the version you pick.
- Gas 2-door JLs only: a gas tank conversion, either a JK tank or an aftermarket tank that mounts in the rear or bed.
- An aftermarket front axle housing with a FAD delete, so the front upper arm mount can be welded on.
- Welding of the front and rear long arm mounts, removal of the factory frame-side upper and lower control arm mounts (front and rear) and of the factory axle-side rear lower control arm and track bar mounts, modification of the factory rear shock mounts, and welding of the raised rear upper shock mounts.
- Factory hardware is not reused: the supplied mounts and brackets come with their own hardware, and the kit uses the stock rear track bar.
- Rock Krawler recommends a new front CV driveshaft if any front shock's maximum extended length is over 29 inches, limiting straps after install, and a professional alignment from a specialist with off-road experience.
- Rock Krawler's optional adjustable rear track bar (RK06692B) is valid for lift heights of 2.5 inches and up. At 3.5 inches or more the kit's rear track bar mount is not used and the stock mount is used instead.
