X Factor pairs the Adventure X 4 link front end with a different rear: mini spring packs that turn the stock leaf springs into better off-road performing ones. On a 2013-present Ram 3500 HD that means a smoother ride and more capability than blocks alone, in exchange for a small loss in payload. It lifts 3.5 inches and fits 37 inch tires.

Same coils, 4 link and mini packs in every box. Package only picks the shocks.
- Base System: Coils, 4 link arms and brackets, track bar, mini spring packs and U-bolts. No shocks come in the box.
- Bilstein 5100 Shocks: Bilstein 5100 shocks for all four corners. Rock Krawler calls them a great pairing with its multi-rate coil springs, and they are maintenance free.
- 2.625 RR Shocks: Four RRD 2.625 inch remote reservoir shocks built by Rock Krawler. The body and reservoir are fluted, military-grade hard anodized aluminum, the shaft is 1 inch 17-4 PH stainless, and the shock is serviceable, rebuildable and revalveable.
- Fast CD Adjusters: The same RRD 2.625 inch remote reservoir shocks with Fast CD adjusters and 3.25 inch reservoirs. The adjuster lets you change compression damping in seconds, up to 30 percent more with infinite settings, so you can tune for empty, loaded or towing.
Configuration is the engine, Diesel or Gas. Rock Krawler does not list a rear air ride version of the X Factor.
