Package

The top of the 3.0 inch mid-arm range, for Rubicon owners. Overland X PRO No Limits gives you eight adjustable arms, a triangulated 4-link rear with no rear track bar, the 500 pound bed payload design and front sway bar links made for the factory electronic disconnect. Rock Krawler calls it the best articulation of any of its mid-arm kits.

What's in the kit

  • (4) Triple-rate front and quad-rate rear coil springs
  • (2) Front adjustable upper control arms
  • (2) Front high clearance adjustable lower control arms
  • (2) Front spring pads
  • (1) Adjustable front track bar
  • (2) "No Limits" sway bar links
  • (2) Rear adjustable upper control arms
  • (2) Rear high clearance adjustable lower control arms
  • (2) Rear spring pads
  • (2) Adjustable rear sway bar links
  • (1) Bolt-on rear track bar relocation bracket
  • (1) Rear bolt on Pro-X cradle (welding optional)

Shocks depend on the package you pick below. Bump stops come with every shock package; if you go with no shocks they are ordered separately (Rock Krawler part RK07464).

Why this system

  • Designed to carry 500 pounds in the bed and still sit level, with tongue weight that stays workable for towing a trailer.
  • All eight control arms are adjustable, with service-free Adventure Series joints at every end, so you can tune caster and pinion angle front and rear for the load you carry.
  • PRO rear: bolt-in triangulated upper control arms make a 4-link rear that keeps the axle centered, lets you delete the rear track bar, takes out rear suspension bind and the front-to-rear track bar cross talk, and smooths the highway ride. A rear bolt-on Pro-X cradle is in the box (welding is optional).
  • Triple-rate front coils and quad-rate rear coils, tuned for the Gladiator. Rock Krawler says they ride better than the factory springs on the street, and they have the free length to stay seated and flex off-road.
  • Coil spring correction seats take out the spring bow built into the factory setup and correct vehicle lean, so the Jeep sits level on all four corners.
  • No Limits front sway bar links with factory-size hardware, a CNC machined billet aluminum center and Made in USA FK heim joints, built to work with the Rubicon's factory electronic sway bar disconnect. Adjustable rear sway bar links are in the box too.
  • Rock Krawler lists this kit as upgradable to its long arm system.
  • Lifetime warranty coverage, as listed by Rock Krawler.

Pick your package

  • Base System (No Shocks). The kit as listed above with no shocks, for the builder who already has shocks picked out. Bump stops come with every shock package; if you go with no shocks they are ordered separately (Rock Krawler part RK07464).
  • Bilstein 5100 Shocks. The kit plus a set of Bilstein 5100 shocks. Rock Krawler calls them maintenance free and a great pairing with its multi-rate coil springs. Rock Krawler's Bilstein package number for the 2.0 and 3.0 inch lifts is RRD04058-B51.

Fitment and what else you'll need

Fits the 2020 and newer Jeep Gladiator JT (4-door) in Rubicon trim. This No Limits version is built for Rubicon models, because the front sway bar links work with the Rubicon's factory electronic sway bar disconnect. Listed for the 3.6L Pentastar V6 gas Gladiator.

Rock Krawler bases its lift heights on Rubicon models in a standard build (front bumper and winch, rear bumper and full-size spare). If you delete the spare, drop 1 inch of rear coil lift height.

  • Rubicon fitment recommendations: 37 inch tall tires - recommend 4.5 inches of back spacing; 40 inch tall tires - recommend 3.5 inches of back spacing
  • Rubicon with full OEM fenders: 37/38 inch tall tires (3 inch bump stop height recommended)
  • Rubicon with trimmed or high lined OEM fenders: 40 inch tall tires (3 inch bump stop height recommended)
  • If you source your own shocks, Rock Krawler's generic lengths are 17.5 inches collapsed to 29.5 inches extended up front and 17 inches collapsed to 28 inches extended in the rear.
  • Overland systems are designed to carry 500 pounds in the bed area and have the vehicle sit perfectly level with that payload.
  • Rock Krawler recommends welding the Pro-X cradle.

Rock Krawler lists lifetime warranty coverage on this system. Its RRD shocks carry a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
