Package

This is the 3.0 inch Drive Right System for the diesel Gladiator, and it is all about geometry. A lift moves the axles out from under the body, so Drive Right brings them back: an adjustable front track bar recenters the front, a raised rear track bar bracket recenters the rear and improves the rear roll center, and adjustable high-clearance front lower arms set caster while keeping the wheelbase intact. Rock Krawler says that cures dog tracking and leaves the Jeep driving straight.

What's in the kit

  • (2) Triple-rate front coil springs
  • (2) Quad-rate rear coil springs
  • (2) Front adjustable lower control arms
  • (2) Front spring pads
  • (1) Adjustable front track bar
  • (2) Rear spring pads
  • (2) Adjustable rear sway bar links
  • (1) Bolt-on rear track bar relocation bracket

Shocks depend on the package you pick below. Bump stops come with every shock package; if you go with no shocks they are ordered separately (Rock Krawler part RK07464).

Why this system

  • Both axles recentered: an adjustable front track bar centers the front, and a raised rear track bar bracket centers the rear and improves the rear roll center. Rock Krawler says that cures dog tracking and improves stability, handling and ride.
  • High-clearance adjustable front lower control arms allow precise caster and cross-caster adjustment while keeping the proper wheelbase.
  • Triple-rate front coils and quad-rate rear coils, tuned for the Gladiator. Rock Krawler says they ride better than the factory springs on the street, and they have the free length to stay seated and flex off-road.
  • Coil spring correction seats take out the spring bow built into the factory setup and correct vehicle lean, so the Jeep sits level on all four corners.
  • Can be upgraded later to Rock Krawler's Adventure-X or Adventure-X PRO mid-arm system without starting over.
  • Lifetime warranty coverage, as listed by Rock Krawler.

Pick your package

  • Base System (No Shocks). The kit as listed above with no shocks, for the builder who already has shocks picked out. Bump stops come with every shock package; if you go with no shocks they are ordered separately (Rock Krawler part RK07464).
  • Bilstein 5100 Shocks. The kit plus a set of Bilstein 5100 shocks. Rock Krawler calls them maintenance free and a great pairing with its multi-rate coil springs. Rock Krawler's Bilstein package number for the 2.0 and 3.0 inch lifts is RRD04058-B51.
  • Stage 1 (RRD 2.25 IFP Shocks). Rock Krawler's in-house shock: a 2.25 inch O.D. military grade hard anodized fluted aluminum body with the cooling surface area of a 2.5 inch shock, a 3/4 inch 17-4 PH stainless steel hard chrome plated and polished shaft, a billet aluminum valve circuit, dual DU shaft bearings and double redundant sealing. Serviceable, rebuildable and revalveable.
  • Stage 2 (RRD 2.25 FCD Shocks). The RRD 2.25 inch remote reservoir shock with a Fast Compression Damping (FCD) adjuster, which lets you add up to 30 percent more compression damping with infinite settings. Same fluted aluminum body and billet valving as the IFP shock, and Rock Krawler lists a 6-month warranty on its shocks against defects in materials and workmanship.

Fitment and what else you'll need

Fits the 2020 and newer Jeep Gladiator JT (4-door). Listed for the diesel Gladiator (3.0L EcoDiesel).

Rock Krawler bases its lift heights on Rubicon models in a standard build (front bumper and winch, rear bumper and full-size spare). If you delete the spare, drop 1 inch of rear coil lift height; for an overland style or heavily up-fitted rear end, go up 1 inch.

  • Sport and Overland wheel fitment recommendations: 37/38 inch tall tires - recommend 3.5 inches of back spacing
  • Mojave and Rubicon fitment recommendations: 37 inch tall tires - recommend 4.5 inches of back spacing; 40 inch tall tires - recommend 3.5 inches of back spacing
  • Sport and Overland with full OEM fenders: 37 inch tall tires (3 inch bump stop height recommended)
  • Sport and Overland with trimmed or high lined OEM fenders: 38 inch tall tires (3 inch bump stop height recommended)
  • Mojave and Rubicon full OEM fenders: 37/38 inch tall tires (3 inch bump stop height recommended)
  • Mojave and Rubicon OEM fenders trimmed or high lined: 40 inch tall tires (3 inch bump stop height recommended)
  • If you source your own shocks, Rock Krawler's generic lengths are 17.5 inches collapsed to 29.5 inches extended up front and 15 inches collapsed to 28 inches extended in the rear.
  • XR package does not require our raised rear track bar bracket, the factory axle has a raised rear trackbar bracket, and for our systems that do not have a rear trackbar one must be added.
  • Rock Krawler recommends a new front driveshaft if you plan to off-road routinely (Adam's Driveshaft, Tom Woods, J.E. Reel).

Rock Krawler lists lifetime warranty coverage on this system. Its RRD shocks carry a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
