The 2.0 inch Adventure System is a full bolt-in lift with the geometry corrected at both ends of the Gladiator. Front lower arms, an adjustable front track bar, a rear track bar relocation bracket and Gen II sway bar links all come in the box, and the arms run Rock Krawler's service-free Adventure Series joints. It is written for Sport, Overland and Mojave owners who want a ride that beats stock and don't need adjustable upper arms yet.

Why this system
- Triple-rate front coils and quad-rate rear coils, tuned for the Gladiator. Rock Krawler says they ride better than the factory springs on the street, and they have the free length to stay seated and flex off-road.
- Coil spring correction seats take out the spring bow built into the factory setup and correct vehicle lean, so the Jeep sits level on all four corners.
- Track bar geometry is corrected at both axles (adjustable front track bar, bolt-on rear track bar relocation bracket), so the axles end up centered under the body and the highway handling stays honest.
- Service-free Adventure Series joints in the control arms: no grease fittings, and Rock Krawler quotes 70 degrees of total misalignment when they are paired at the frame and axle ends, which cuts the bind in the factory arms.
- Gen II sway bar links up front and adjustable sway bar links in the rear.
- Rock Krawler lists an improved rear roll center, and the kit is upgradable to its long arm system later.
- Lifetime warranty coverage, as listed by Rock Krawler.
Pick your package
- Gas or Diesel. Rock Krawler lists separate part numbers for the gas Gladiator and the diesel Gladiator (diesel part numbers carry a D, like JT20AS-D), so pick the one that matches your engine.
- Base System (No Shocks). The kit as listed above with no shocks, for the builder who already has shocks picked out. Bump stops come with every shock package; if you go with no shocks they are ordered separately (Rock Krawler part RK07464).
- Bilstein 5100 Shocks. The kit plus a set of Bilstein 5100 shocks. Rock Krawler calls them maintenance free and a great pairing with its multi-rate coil springs. Rock Krawler's Bilstein package number for the 2.0 and 3.0 inch lifts is RRD04058-B51.
- Stage 1 (RRD 2.25 IFP Shocks). Rock Krawler's in-house shock: a 2.25 inch O.D. military grade hard anodized fluted aluminum body with the cooling surface area of a 2.5 inch shock, a 3/4 inch 17-4 PH stainless steel hard chrome plated and polished shaft, a billet aluminum valve circuit, dual DU shaft bearings and double redundant sealing. Serviceable, rebuildable and revalveable.
Fitment and what else you'll need
Fits the 2020 and newer Jeep Gladiator JT (4-door) in Sport, Overland and Mojave trims. Gas part numbers are for the 3.6L Pentastar V6 gas Gladiator; diesel part numbers are for the 3.0L EcoDiesel.
Rock Krawler bases its lift heights on Rubicon models in a standard build (front bumper and winch, rear bumper and full-size spare). If you delete the spare, drop 1 inch of rear coil lift height; for an overland style or heavily up-fitted rear end, go up 1 inch.
- Sport and Overland wheel fitment recommendations: 35 inch tall tires - recommend 4.5 inches of back spacing; 37 inch tall tires - recommend 3.5 inches of back spacing
- Mojave fitment recommendations: 35 inch tall tires - recommend 4.5 inches of back spacing; 37 inch tall tires - recommend 4.5 inches of back spacing; 38 inch tall tires - recommend 3.5 inches of back spacing
- Sport and Overland with full OEM fenders: 35 inch tall tires (2 inch bump stop height recommended)
- Sport and Overland with trimmed or high lined OEM fenders: 37 inch tall tires (2 inch bump stop height recommended)
- Mojave with full OEM fenders: 37 inch tall tires (2 inch bump stop height recommended)
- Mojave with trimmed or high lined OEM fenders: 38 inch tall tires (3 inch bump stop height recommended)
- If you source your own shocks, Rock Krawler's generic lengths are 16.3 inches collapsed to 26.3 inches extended up front and 15.8 inches collapsed to 25.3 inches extended in the rear.
- Rock Krawler recommends a new front driveshaft if you plan to off-road routinely (Adam's Driveshaft, Tom Woods, J.E. Reel).
Rock Krawler lists lifetime warranty coverage on this system. Its RRD shocks carry a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
