On a Rubicon Gladiator, X-Factor Pro No Limits means eight solid 7075 aluminum control arms and the billet "No Limits" front sway bar links that keep the electronic disconnect working. It is a 4.5 inch bolt-in kit for people who want the lighter aluminum arms and all of the X-Factor articulation.
What's in the kit

- 2 front 7075 aluminum adjustable lower control arms
- 2 front 7075 aluminum adjustable upper control arms
- 2 front spring pads
- 1 adjustable front track bar
- 2 "No Limits" front sway bar links

Pick your package
- Base System (No Shocks): arms, coils and hardware with no shocks, for builds where the shocks are already sorted. Bump stops come with every shock package; if you skip shocks entirely, Rock Krawler sells the bump stops separately as RK07464.
- Bilstein 5100 Shocks: a maintenance-free shock package that Rock Krawler calls a great pairing with its multi-rate coil springs. Bump stops included.
- Stage 1 (RRD 2.25 IFP Shocks): Rock Krawler's RRD 2.25 inch IFP shocks, designed and built in house. Hard anodized fluted aluminum body with the cooling surface of a 2.5 inch shock, 3/4 inch 17-4 PH stainless hard chrome shaft, billet valve circuit, dual DU shaft bearings and double redundant sealing. Serviceable, rebuildable and revalveable. Bump stops included.
- Comp System Stage 1: coilovers up front, coil springs in the rear. 2.625 inch RRD racing coilovers with remote reservoirs up front (13 inches of travel, 14.44 inches of front axle travel per Rock Krawler) and matching 2.625 inch RRD remote reservoir shocks in the rear (12 inches of travel, 15 inches of rear axle travel). Rock Krawler pitches it at people who still carry small loads or tow a small trailer. Rear quad-rate coils and spring correction seats come with it.
- Comp System Stage 2 (Fast CD): the Comp System with Fast CD (compression damping) adjusters on the front coilovers and rear shocks. Fast CD lets you add up to 30% more compression damping with infinite settings.
- Trail Runner Stage 1: coilovers at all four corners, built on 2.625 inch RRD remote reservoir coilovers. Rock Krawler says it maximizes off-road ability and still comes well tuned for the street, but rear coilovers handle changes in load less well, so towing or hauling a lot of weight in the bed is not ideal.
- Trail Runner Stage 2 (Fast CD): Trail Runner with Fast CD adjusters on the coilovers for added tuneability.
Pick Gas for the 3.6L Pentastar V6 or Diesel for the 3.0L Eco-Diesel. Rock Krawler lists the diesel as its own diesel-specific version of this kit, so choose the one that matches your engine.
Fitment and what else you'll need
- Fits the 2020+ Jeep Gladiator JT, 4 door, 4WD, Rubicon trim level. Engine: 3.6L Pentastar V6 (gas) and 3.0L Eco-Diesel (diesel option)
- Rock Krawler wheel guidance: 4.5 inches of backspacing with 37 inch tall tires, 3.5 inches with 40 inch tall tires
- Tire guidance on a Rubicon (3 inch bump stop height recommended): 37/38 inch tall with full OEM fenders, 40 inch tall with trimmed or high-lined fenders
- Lift height is figured on a Rubicon with a standard build (front bumper and winch, rear bumper, full size spare). Delete the spare and Rock Krawler suggests dropping 1 inch in rear coil lift height; load up the rear overland-style and they suggest going up 1 inch
- Rock Krawler recommends a new front driveshaft if you plan to off-road routinely (they name Adam's Driveshaft, Tom Woods and J.E. Reel)
- Welding the rear cradle is recommended for 37 inch tires and larger
- Coilover packages (Comp System and Trail Runner) require removal of the OEM frame shock mount and the OEM shock and spring mount on the axle, plus welding of the new coilover mount to the axle only
Rock Krawler's posted lead time when we listed this kit: 1-2 weeks for mid arm kits, counted in business days from order. Coilover packages are posted at 3-4 weeks.
Rock Krawler lists lifetime warranty coverage on its Gladiator JT systems. The RRD shocks carry their own 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
