X-Factor Pro is the aluminum step up. All eight control arms are machined from solid 7075 aluminum and carry every X-Factor feature, so you get the same 95 degrees of misalignment in a lighter arm. This 4.5 inch system is for Sport and Overland Gladiators, and it installs without cutting or welding.

Pick your package
- Base System (No Shocks): everything except shocks. Handy if you already own a shock package you like. Bump stops are included with the shock options only and can be bought on their own as RK07464.
- Bilstein 5100 Shocks: Bilstein 5100 shocks, maintenance free and matched by Rock Krawler to its multi-rate springs. Bump stops are in the box.
- Stage 1 (RRD 2.25 IFP Shocks): RRD 2.25 inch IFP shocks from Rock Krawler, built in house with a fluted hard anodized aluminum body that cools like a 2.5 inch shock, a 3/4 inch 17-4 PH stainless hard chrome shaft, billet valve components and dual DU bearings. Serviceable, rebuildable, revalveable. Bump stops included.
- Comp System Stage 1: a front coilover and rear coil spring combination. You get 2.625 inch RRD remote reservoir coilovers (13 inches of travel, 14.44 inches of front axle travel) and matching 2.625 inch RRD remote reservoir rear shocks (12 inches of travel, 15 inches of rear axle travel), along with quad-rate rear coils and spring correction seats. Rock Krawler positions it for trucks that still tow small trailers or carry small loads.
- Comp System Stage 2 (Fast CD): Comp System hardware with Fast CD (compression damping) adjusters up front and in the rear, good for up to 30% more compression damping with infinite settings.
- Trail Runner Stage 1: four coilovers, 2.625 inch RRD remote reservoir units. It gives the Gladiator the most off-road ability Rock Krawler offers in this system and is tuned for the street, though Rock Krawler cautions against towing or loading the bed heavily with rear coilovers.
- Trail Runner Stage 2 (Fast CD): Trail Runner plus Fast CD adjusters on the coilovers, so you can tune compression damping.
Pick Gas for the 3.6L Pentastar V6 or Diesel for the 3.0L Eco-Diesel. Rock Krawler lists the diesel as its own diesel-specific version of this kit, so choose the one that matches your engine.
Fitment and what else you'll need
- Fits the 2020+ Jeep Gladiator JT, 4 door, 4WD, Sport and Overland trim levels. Engine: 3.6L Pentastar V6 (gas) and 3.0L Eco-Diesel (diesel option)
- Rock Krawler wheel guidance: Sport and Overland, 3.5 inches of backspacing with 37/38 inch tires; Mojave, 4.5 inches with 37 inch tires or 3.5 inches with 40 inch tires
- Tire guidance (3 inch bump stop height recommended): Sport and Overland, 37 inch tall with full OEM fenders or 38 inch with trimmed or high-lined fenders; Mojave, 37/38 inch tall with full fenders or 40 inch with trimmed or high-lined fenders
- Lift height is figured on a Rubicon with a standard build (front bumper and winch, rear bumper, full size spare). Delete the spare and Rock Krawler suggests dropping 1 inch in rear coil lift height; load up the rear overland-style and they suggest going up 1 inch
- Rock Krawler recommends a new front driveshaft if you plan to off-road routinely (they name Adam's Driveshaft, Tom Woods and J.E. Reel)
- Welding the rear cradle is recommended for 37 inch tires and larger
- Coilover packages (Comp System and Trail Runner) require removal of the OEM frame shock mount and the OEM shock and spring mount on the axle, plus welding of the new coilover mount to the axle only
Rock Krawler's posted lead time when we listed this kit: 1-2 weeks for mid arm kits, counted in business days from order. Coilover packages are posted at 3-4 weeks.
Rock Krawler lists lifetime warranty coverage on its Gladiator JT systems. The RRD shocks carry their own 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
