Installation

Allow about 2.8 hours, plus or minus 0.5, not counting alignment or wheel and tire assembly. ReadyLIFT labels it a do-it-yourself install but recommends a certified mechanic. You may need an alignment, the headlamps need to be checked and adjusted, and driver-assist systems may need recalibration.

Modifying your suspension can change handling and rollover risk (SAE J2492), and you are responsible for keeping the truck legal and safe. Larger aftermarket tires, often 10-ply E-rated, can ride harsher than the factory 6-ply C-rated tires. California Prop 65 notice: the manufacturer lists DEHP.
