This ReadyLIFT 5 inch rear block kit is for the 2025-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500. The cast iron blocks have built-in anti-rotation ears and lift the rear an additional 4 inches once the factory 1 inch block is removed. It restores a slight rake for hauling or towing and includes longer U-bolts and hardware.

Installation

Allow about 1.8 hours, plus or minus 0.5, not counting alignment or wheel and tire assembly. ReadyLIFT recommends a certified mechanic. Alignment may be required, check your headlamp aim afterward, and ADAS systems may need recalibration with dealer tools.
