This is a complete DDS steering system built around the Jeep Wrangler JL eTorque platform and its power assist, for 2018-2024 models with the 3.6L or 2.0L engine. PSC pairs its XDR Cylinder Assist steering gear with the Dynamic Damping Stabilizer (DDS) to keep the front end steady and reduce the feedback that comes up through the steering wheel.
It is aimed at the drivability problems that show up after a lift or bigger tires, like twitchy steering and constant corrections at the wheel. The DDS also adds steering torque to help turn larger tires and takes some of the fatigue out of long drives. The EHPS pump and cooling are matched to the eTorque system.
