This premium bolt-on system dramatically improves steering performance, durability, and precision for off-road builds using oversized tires or lockers. It includes:

  • Big Bore XD Steering Gearbox: Upgrades the factory 70 mm hydraulic piston to 80 mm and transitions the sector shaft from 42 mm to a robust 45 mm for superior torque delivery and strength

  • High-flow Belt-driven Pump & Reservoir: Replaces the stock EHPS pump to prevent overheating during trail use, offering consistent hydraulic pressure when you need it most.

  • CAK689R‑6.75W Cylinder Assist Axle Kit: Designed for 6.75″ lock-to-lock stroke, this axle-mounted cylinder reduces steering effort and improves on-center feel

  • 1.625″ Tie Rod Clamp (TRCL1.625): Compatible with Terra44 aftermarket tie rods, allowing seamless integration without the need for welding or fabrication

  • Complete hardware package: Includes hoses, fittings, cooler, anti-splash valve, SWEPCO hydraulic fluid, and a new pitman arm for a seamless installation.

This complete system replaces the factory EHPS arrangement to deliver reliable, heavy-duty steering.
