This premium weld‑on kit includes:

  • Big Bore XD Steering Gearbox (SG689R): Upgrades the OE steering box to 80 mm piston and 45 mm sector shaft for increased torque and durability in demanding conditions

  • 6.75″ Assist Cylinder (CAK689R‑6.75W): Delivers consistent steering assist over the full axle stroke, significantly reducing driver fatigue and improving control at slow speeds

  • Tie‑Rod Clamp (TRCL1.25): Precision‑machined 1.25″ OD clamp for secure mounting on smaller aftermarket tie rods

  • Complete Hydraulic Pump Package (PK20JP1): Belt‑driven mechanical pump with remote reservoir, cooler, hoses, fittings, SWEPCO 715 fluid, anti‑splash valve, reservoir bracket, and OE pitman arm for a full replacement of the factory EHPS system
