- Extreme off-road builds with 44"+ tires
- Custom heavy-duty applications requiring maximum steering force
- Full hydraulic steering systems only
- Any axle configuration with appropriate steering geometry

Recommended For:
- Tire sizes over 44 inches
- Tire sizes above 46 inches when combined with heavy-duty axles
- Rock racing and Ultra4 competition
- Extreme rock crawling applications
- Heavy-duty off-road vehicles with massive tires
- Custom builds requiring maximum steering power

Recommendation:
PSC recommends pairing this steering cylinder with a 185CC/11.3CI Steering Control (Orbital) Valve for optimal performance. The larger displacement steering control unit will deliver a "firm" steering feel and will require additional driver steering effort compared to smaller displacement units, but provides the precise control needed for extreme applications.

Approximate Turning Ratios with Eaton Char-Lynn Steering Control Units:
- 100CC (6.1CI): Approximately 4.3 turns lock-to-lock
- 125CC (7.6CI): Approximately 3.4 turns lock-to-lock
- 160CC (9.8CI): Approximately 2.7 turns lock-to-lock
- 185CC (11.3CI): Approximately 2.3 turns lock-to-lock (RECOMMENDED)
- 230CC (14.0CI): Approximately 1.9 turns lock-to-lock

Note: The use of larger displacement steering control units will deliver a "firm" steering feel and will require additional driver steering effort.
