Design Details:
The SC16 clevis features a ¾-inch diameter bolt hole specifically designed to accept ¾-16 bolts that connect to the tie-rod linkage or heim style rod ends. The clevis is sized accordingly and intended to mate with ¾-inch heim/rod ends used widely in off-road steering tie-rod assemblies.

This is a heavy-duty mounting kit for steering cylinder rods, designed for serious off-road use. Because it wears or sustains mechanical loads, bolt-through steering joints must be made of strong materials and well-coated. The SC16 is essentially a performance component rather than a basic OEM replacement.

Compatibility:
The SC16 clevis is sized to mate with 3/4-inch heim/rod ends used widely in off-road steering tie-rod assemblies. Compatible with PSC tie rod link kits including:

Installation:
The clevis joints thread onto the ends of PSC double-ended steering cylinder rods and are secured with the included 3/4-16 socket head bolts. The 3/4" through-hole then accepts the 3/4-16 bolts from your tie rod link assembly, creating a strong pin connection. The included spacers (SC16SP) reduce unwanted rod end movement in the clevis joint space for a precision fit.
