The Adams Driveshaft Heavy Duty Series Rear 1310 CV Driveshaft (part number ASDYJ-1310CVR-G) is custom manufactured for 1987–1993 Jeep YJ Wrangler models only — rear position. Each driveshaft is custom built using a center-to-center measurement provided by the customer.

SYE Kit Required: A yoke-style Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE) kit must be installed on the transfer case for this driveshaft to work. If a Mega Short SYE has been installed, notify Adams Driveshaft at time of order as this will affect the driveshaft length.

Tire Size: Compatible with tires up to 35 inches tall. For tires larger than 35 inches, Adams Driveshaft recommends upgrading to their Extreme Duty 1310 Spicer Solid Series.

Construction: Built from 2" × .120 wall DOM tubing with greasable U-joints, a long slip-n-stub, and the strongest component castings available. A 1310 series U-joint is used at the axle. All components are sourced exclusively from Spicer and Neapco — two American manufacturers. Finished in gloss black show quality paint.

Important — Measurement May Be Required: Adams Driveshaft knows most YJ measurements, however due to varying lift sizes, differentials, and belly-up configurations a center-to-center measurement taken at ride height may be needed.

What's in the Box:

  • (1) Adams Driveshaft 1310 greasable U-joint Heavy Duty Series CV driveshaft — 2" × .120 wall DOM tubing
  • (4) Grade 10 CV bolts with small heads for easy installation

Fitment: 1987–1993 Jeep YJ Wrangler — rear position only. Yoke-style SYE kit must be installed.

Part Number: ASDYJ-1310CVR-G

Weight: 24 lbs

Warranty: Lifetime warranty on welds and tubing if they break due to torque. No warranty if components break due to bad angles. U-joints and CV kit are wear items and must be greased every 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first — no warranty coverage without proper maintenance.
