Dynatrac rear adjustable lower link kit for the Jeep Wrangler JK, SKU DT921041. Dynatrac lists it for 07-UP, and the JK ran 2007 through 2018. These tubular arms replace the factory rear lower control arms and let you set arm length to adjust rear pinion angle.

Setting the length
Dynatrac's JK 4.5" lift kit instructions set the rear lowers about 1/8" longer than the stock link, roughly 19-15/16", and stress that the right length matters to avoid component collision. Lengths for other lifts are not listed on the product page, so check your lift kit instructions.
